Pricing - Professional Outdoor Lighting Doesn't Have To Be Expensive.

If cost is keeping you on the sidelines when considering outdoor lighting, we can help!
Because we are an independent company, we can offer the largest selection of light fixtures and price ranges in the industry. No project is too small or large for us to tackle. We've done projects with as few as 5 lights and single projects with over 170 individual lights...plus everything in between. As you can imagine, there is a huge range in costs, depending on the size of your project.
As a starting point, if a client wants 10-12 total lights with a commercial grade transformer, timer and professional installation, they can expect to pay $2,000 - $3,000 using high quality brass or copper fixtures. This assumes a typical home landscape and installation. The variables that can impact the installation costs are things like hardscape walls that require conduit, drilling and mounting into stone, cement or similar structures. Underwater lighting (yes we offer that) can also add to the costs. If the client wants "moonlighting" from a tree or backyard fireplace, that can also increase installation costs. The point is there are several factors to take into account from a design standpoint that can impact installation costs.
Here are some pricing considerations to watch out for when choosing a landscape lighting company:
The company's overhead: Large national franchises typically charge their local franchisee expensive fees which get passed on to the client.
These national franchisees are also limited in their selection of fixtures and generally not do specialized work.
Slick marketing and sponsored Google ads can cost thousands every month. Again, those costs get passed on to the client in the form of higher prices using lower quality fixtures.
Ask for discounts. We always offer 10% off to all first responders and military/veterans and make a point to ask the client in order to see if they qualify.
Bulk discounts. If the project is large, we will offer discounts on fixtures, and in some cases transformers also.
Warranty matters! We almost always offer a lifetime warranty on fixtures and a 5-7 year warranty on LED bulbs. Lifetime warranty's on transformers is always in place.
If you are using a custom landscape company for hardscape or other projects, remember, landscape lighting is not a priority for them. They often use the lowest quality fixtures and build that into an overall expensive project price just to "'check the box" for landscape lighting. This leaves the client with a problematic, low quality solution that requires more cost to maintain in the long run.
